In 2014, Sébastien launched Kanavape from Marseille — France’s first CBD vape. What followed was a seven-year legal battle that reached the Court of Justice of the European Union, established that CBD is not a narcotic, and permanently changed the regulatory landscape for 450 million Europeans.
